Warranty

All parts bought on Multipart come with a three-month warranty, unless stated otherwise. To begin a warranty claim, a receipt or proof of purchase will be required.

The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges. The customer will also be responsible for the cost of reprogramming any electronic components. Failure to properly reprogram a part is not an acceptable warranty claim.

In addition, the warranty does not cover items such as:

  • Labor to install or remove the part
  • Towing costs
  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse
  • Damage caused by other faulty parts
  • Incorrect installation
  • Modified parts
  • Collision damage
  • Standard wear and tear
  • Environmental damage
  • Your dislike of the color of any mechanical parts that are otherwise fit for the purpose they are intended for
  • Parts where the Multipart security stamping/marking is tampered with or removed (if applicable)
  • Parts that have been opened, repaired, disassembled, or otherwise tampered with

Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, connecting rods, oil seals, and oil pumps. All other parts that may be provided together with the engine are extra parts. No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached, including parts such as sensors, cables, belts, chains, hoses, and water pumps.

This limited warranty is the only warranty provided by Multipart. We expressly disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the item. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage or loss.
