We offer 14-day returns on all of our items. 

The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it in and/or not installed/mounted. Company stamping/marking must be retained and presented at the time of the return. No exchanged parts will be shipped to you until we receive and verify the original item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or in the original method of payment. We process and issue refunds within seven days of receipt of the returned part.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not take ownership or responsibility for the item until it is delivered to our location.

If you are shipping an item over ₱4,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect against shipping damages.

Note: Most of our parts are marked with DataDot technology and some parts might have an extra security stamps on them.
